CLIENT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

Acknowledgement of Risk. The Client understands that dog walking involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury from uneven terrain, interaction with other animals, unpredictable behaviour, weather conditions and environmental hazards.
Assumption of Risk. By engaging the services of Newquay Dog Walking Club, the Client voluntarily accepts and assumes all inherent risks associated with outdoor dog walking activities.
Behavioural Disclosure. The Client confirms that they have fully disclosed any known behavioural issues including aggression, reactivity, anxiety, recall concerns, bite history or medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Health Declaration. The Client confirms that their dog is fit, healthy, vaccinated as required and legally permitted to be walked in public spaces.
Veterinary Authority. In the event of illness or injury, the Client authorises Newquay Dog Walking Club to seek veterinary treatment if the Client cannot be contacted. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the Client.
Off-Lead Consent. Where off-lead walking is agreed, the Client acknowledges and accepts associated risks and confirms their dog is suitable for off-lead exercise.
Property Access. The Client authorises access to their property for collection and return of their dog and confirms that the premises are safe and secure.
Limitation of Liability. Newquay Dog Walking Club will take reasonable care at all times. Liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy. We do not accept liability for loss, injury or damage arising from risks inherent in dog walking activities, except where caused by negligence.
Group Walking Acknowledgement. The Client understands that small-group walking involves interaction with other dogs and accepts the associated social risks.
Personal Property. We are not responsible for loss or damage to collars, leads, harnesses, clothing or other personal property provided by the Client unless caused by negligence.
Emergency Contact. The Client agrees to provide up-to-date emergency contact details at all times.
Photography Consent. The Client consents to photographs being taken during walks for updates and marketing unless written objection is provided.
Agreement to Policies. The Client confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.
Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
